John 16:33 Ye Might Have Peace

John 16:33 (KJV)  These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

True peace from abiding in Christ, it is rest in the midst of a storm. And the test of it is doing the time when the believer is undergoing a trial.

By abiding in Christ, the believer, living in the world, when faced with tribulation, will be an overcomer. The word “tribulation” means “being pressed to a breaking point.”

In Christ, is the true comfort and cheer, there is power over sin, self and Satan. Stay therefore upon His Word. Hallelujah! Amen.
